You book through us, so we stand behind the visit. Three things you can hold us to.
Nothing is charged until you’ve looked at the work and signed it off. If something isn’t right, say so before you sign and nothing is taken until we’ve looked into it.
If work done on your visit develops a fault within 90 days, the same contractor comes back and puts it right at no charge. If they can’t, we send another.
If we agree that work on your list wasn’t done properly, you don’t pay for that work. Parts that were fitted stay paid for.
We work with established local electrical contractors who meet the standards we expect for our own homes. We’ve read the reviews, checked the credentials and done the homework, so you don’t have to. Once your booking is confirmed, we tell you which company is carrying out the work and who to expect.
