What you get
- A qualified inspector from a selected local contractor, at a time you choose: morning, afternoon or evening.
- The report issued through the contractor’s registration scheme and emailed to you, with a copy sent to your tenant if you name one.
- Anything found listed plainly, C1 to C3, with the fixes pre-filled as an hourly booking so you can put them right in a couple of taps.
- Nothing charged until the inspection has been done, and one point of contact throughout: us.
Who it’s for
Landlords in England need a satisfactory report at least every five years and must give a copy to each tenant. Buyers, sellers and anyone unsure about an older installation use the same inspection.
Small properties on a normal single-phase supply: houses, flats and small business premises. Three-phase, industrial and commercial certification work need a quotation instead.
Five years is up?
Book the inspection now and the reminder for next time takes care of itself.
