Tell us what needs doing
Add one job or give us your whole list. A short description and a photo or two help your electrician arrive prepared.
Tell us where
Enter your postcode and pick your address. We check we cover your area and show availability for it, plus any access details such as parking or how to reach a flat.
Choose a time
Pick a date and a morning, afternoon or evening arrival window. You’ll see what’s available before you commit.
Book and confirm
Add your details and a card to confirm the booking. Nothing is charged until after the visit. You’ll receive a confirmation with a booking reference straight away.
Appointment windows
Rather than a fixed time, you choose an arrival window. Your electrician will arrive within it, and you’ll be told which window you’ve booked at every step.
- Morning, 8:00–12:00
- Afternoon, 12:00–17:00
- Evening, 17:00–20:00
Windows are arrival windows rather than exact appointment times. Evening windows are offered where available.
On the day
Your electrician arrives with the tools and common parts for the jobs you’ve described, then works through your list in the order you set.
Your booking covers the electrician’s time rather than a guaranteed number of completed jobs. If something needs longer than expected, they’ll explain the options, whether that’s adding time on the day or arranging a separate visit. Nothing extra is carried out without your agreement.
Materials are charged separately where required, and any cost is confirmed with you first.
After you book
You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment, address and job list, plus your electrician’s details before the visit.
Remembered another small job? You can add it to your booking before the appointment.
Paying
You don’t pay up front. Your card is saved when you book and the visit is charged once your electrician has been, together with any extra time or materials you agreed on the day. See the pricing page for what’s included.
