Cookies
We use as little as we can, and nothing loads for analytics until you say so. Draft 2026-09-06

What runs without asking
Two things sit in your own browser’s storage, not in cookies, and are never sent anywhere on their own:
- Your booking draft (
he.booking.draft), so you can come back to a booking you started. It reaches us only when you confirm, and is cleared when you do. - Where you came from (
he.source): the link you arrived on, such as a campaign name or the site that referred you. It contains no identifier. If you book, it is saved with your booking so we know which of our adverts or leaflets work. If you don’t, it stays in your browser.
Your answer to the analytics question is kept as he.consent for a year.
Card capture
The card form is provided by Stripe and sets Stripe’s own cookies to protect against fraud. See Stripe’s privacy policy for details.
Partner and staff portal
Signing in sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is essential to the service and is removed when you sign out.
Analytics, only if you allow it
If you choose “Allow analytics”, two tools load and set their own cookies:
- PostHog (hosted in the EU), which records the pages you visit and the booking steps you reach under a random id, so we can see where people get stuck. Cookies
ph_*, up to a year. No session recording, and no names, emails or addresses are sent. - Google Analytics, which we use to measure our Google adverts. Cookies
_gaand_ga_*, up to two years. Google may use this data as set out in its own privacy policy.
Choose “No thanks” and neither loads. You can change your mind at the top of this page.
